Pitts is like an elite chef with his Gewurztraminer, done in four different styles: sparkling, dry, early harvest, and late harvest. Harvest Moon Winery also makes a well-priced Sonoma County Zin, the RandyZin, along with Estate and Reserve Zinfandel. The Zinfandel at Harvest Moon Winery is true to the Russian River Valley style, with bright red fruit character and real vibrancy. The modest tasting room is very plain, keeping the focus squarely on the wine. Recently added Dry Creek Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Small picnic area.
