The festival takes place on the Windsor Town Green, which is surrounded by little shops and restaurants. It’s really easy to pick up a picnic lunch, lay out a blanket, and sit back and enjoy the festivities. The Windsor Pumpkin Festival is good old fashioned family fun. A great way to spend a day and enjoy the fall weather.
